MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES & POLICIES
✔ Membership Commitment: Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial commitment, you may cancel anytime. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
✔ Code of Conduct: Members are expected to uphold the values of respect, kindness, professionalism, inclusivity, confidentiality, and sisterhood in all interactions.
✔ Event Reservations: Member events often require advance RSVP. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary loss of reservation privileges for exclusive events.
✔ Travel Reservations: Unless specifically included with a membership benefit, airfare, hotels, transportation, and travel insurance are the responsibility of each traveler.
✔ Community Standards: Black Girl Travel Circle is a welcoming, drama-free community. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate membership review or removal.
✔ Member Benefits: Membership benefits vary by tier and may change as new experiences, partnerships, and exclusive opportunities are introduced.
✔ Photography & Media: Photos and videos may be captured during events for marketing and community purposes. Members who prefer not to appear in media should notify the event host in advance.
✔ Right of Revocation: Black Girl Travel Circle reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for violations of community guidelines or conduct that negatively impacts the organization or its members.
